Please do not skip over this review, as this is an incredible true story. I first spoke with Roy when I was only days away from closing with another mortgage company. No exaggeration, Roy refused me as a customer, but still gave me expert advice on how to lower my interest by over 1%, as well as reduce my home insurance. In fact, Roy continued to give me friendly advice for over 2 weeks. Unfortunately, my other mortgage company refused to make changes to my policy, so I almost had to beg Roy to accept me as a customer. No joking, in under 3 hours, Roy and his assistant Bethany, had all my paperwork completed, right down to the fine details. They both patiently walked me and my wife through every step of the way. Miracuoulously, Roy Vanartsdalen at Nation One, simultaneously gained a customer and changed our lives forever by simply telling the truth. All I did was call another mortgage lender for a second opinion and I found an 'HONEST' man with a phenomenal support team who were all outstandingly knowledgeable. Roy, Jason and his team turned a no by another lender to a yes! There wasn't a time that I texted or called with questions (some were strange) that they weren't on the other end with a response. They are knowledgeable, reliable, responsive and also very down to earth. You will absolutely want them on your team. The approval process and closing was quick and the team is with you from start to finish. Roy even jumped in when I was having issues with the lender of the home I was selling, even though he was working with me on purchasing a home. Jason talked me off the ledge a couple of times lol. I highly recommend Nation One, Roy and Jason. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!
